the location is fantastic! welcome drinks and chocolates and macaroons in the room were a lovely treat. i found plenty of bottles of still and sparkling water supplied and replenished, great. the free mini bar was good to have too.

i found the air conditioning not very effective, and my room felt muggy at all times. it made sleeping a little hard.

the elevator was sometimes slow during peak hours, which caused minor delays.

I enjoyed the prime location just steps from the Duomo. The staff were very helpful, polite and conversational. The breakfast selection was astounding. I will be staying here again.
